A really good and nice place to go and buy books also if you want to relax they have a Starbucks too so really cool place to get the book you need staff is always helpful
The bookstore offers a wide selection of quality books in a well-maintained environment. Additionally, the Starbucks café consistently provides excellent service and products; the barista deserves recognition for their outstanding work.
Great location inside Mall. Has a Starbucks inside and seating area. So much to chose from. Books, magazines, candy, toys, tapes, games, etc. Each area is stocked and organized. Employees are helpful and knowledgeable. Customer service is excellent here. Gift cards are available. Not many open cashiers. Escalators and elevator to get you up to second floor.

Im a bookworm 100% the bad experiences ive had has been addressed the Manager Wade was verry helpful in explaining certain things hes a friendly and outgoing manager i will go back bespite what ive experienced because of him he deserves recognition in all ways as a manager but i will say i could have walked out of the store with my books that i had to pick up from the back on my last experience there i didnt because im no thief and i have morals but not every one is like that... the other employees are amazing too they help in all ways possible i just wish they would let us pay when we order a book to the store because when they dont you miss their deals unless you want to order off their website which charges shipping and dont let you ship to store for free.... fallen gods was onsale when i went in for 26.99 yeah its just 3-10$ but still rather have paid 26.99 than the 29.99 - 39.99 that it was on sale for

Barnes & Noble is a great place to spend time. The store is clean, quiet, and has such a relaxing atmosphere. I love that they have a Starbucks inside—it makes it even better. The staff is great and always helpful. I could easily spend hours here.
Huge selection of books, DVDs, CDs and LPs! Stopped by here a few times while in Lubbock and I loved exploring the place. Great opportunity to find media you've never heard of before, or to sit down for a bit and read a bit of a book or two. The place is well-lit and the atmosphere is fairly quiet with a bit of bustle in the more populated sections, much like most other Barnes and Noble locations. Two floors mean this location has a ton of real estate space, and they make use of it by maintaining a massive collection of books, film, music, and other media. I only visited this place a few times, and never looked for anything specific so I didn't have any problems with actual selection. As it was, I still left the store with 2 CDs and 2 Warhammer books I meant to pick up at some point, so I'm pretty satisfied!
This store is so big as they have 2 floors. They also have a public toilet. I loved this store. There was so many books. We were looking for the Christmas books but they didn’t have much. We found some good books at a reasonable price. Loved the visit and the store was very clean. Staff were very helpful.
